FAQ
What do you build when I hire a Slack bot developer?
One production Slack bot for one workflow: ticket creation from Slack, approvals, standups, status updates, weekly summaries, or an assistant that uses your company context. Or a migration of an existing assistant from assistant_view to agent_view, tested on a staging app first. A bot suite is two to four integrated bots, with a Jira or CRM connection when the workflow needs it.
How long does a fixed-price Slack bot take?
One production Slack bot, or a migration off assistant_view, is about two weeks. On that pilot, week 1 is the build and internal testing, and week 2 is deploy into your Slack and iterate on feedback. A suite of two to four bots is scoped on the call. The timeline is not quoted as two weeks.
What is the fixed price for a Slack bot?
Pilot from €3,400 for one Slack bot. An assistant_view migration from €2,500. A bot suite from €6,900. These are starting prices in EUR. The fixed price is agreed before work starts, on a 20-minute call, on a one-page scope that also names what stays manual and the date. There is no hourly billing.
Who owns the Slack bot after delivery?
You do. You get the source code and the documentation. The pilot includes 30 days of support. The bot suite includes 60 days of support. There is no per-seat subscription.
Where does the bot run?
In your Slack workspace and on your infrastructure, connected to the tools that workflow needs. The build happens inside your Slack, not in a separate demo tenant.
